The Point
If you had a chance to visit a car dealership in
southern california, I am sure you have seen the group of salespeople
standing around right? Why do they do this? The answer is that
management wants them to stand at the "Point" to greet customers. Many
salespeople including myself do not enjoy doing this all day. Most car
salespeople would rather sit around or walk around,make calls, or wait for customers
to come to the showroom.
